Mr. Harry Dehner Brown, 41, Obituary

Vidalia, Toombs County, Georgia - Mr. Harry Dehner Brown, 41, of 115 Boulevard Drive, Vidalia died Thursday.

He was a native of Toombs County, living most of his life in the area. He was a 1981 graduate of Lyons Senior High School, earned his marketing degree from Mercer University in Macon, and had a successful career in retail management. He was a member of the Lyons First United Methodist Church where he sang in the choir.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kay Adams Brown Smith.

Mr. Brown is survived by his father, Harry L. Brown, Jr., and wife, Deborah; one sister, Dana B. Lawrence and her husband, Richard and one very special niece, Rebecca Shay Lawrence all of Vidalia; first cousin, Tyra Burkhalter of Lyons and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held 6:00-9:00 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 17, 2005 at Lyons First United Methodist Church with Reverend James Aycock officiating.

Interment: Lakeview Memorial Gardens.

Anyone wishing to send memorial contributions may do so to the choir fund of Lyons First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 71, Lyons, GA. 30436.
